City Leaders Complete Advanced Municipal Training Amid Times of Growth and Progress

Woodruff Councilmember William J. Wood received his certificate from the Advanced Municipal Elected Officials Institute of Government on Jan. 20, 2026, at the Municipal Association of South Carolina's Hometown Legislative Action Day.

To graduate, officials complete at least four of six advanced courses: public safety, budgeting and finance, utilities and infrastructure, advocacy, economic development, and governance and ethics.
