Know Your District: Communities in House District 35
SC House District 35 takes in Woodruff, Reidville and nearby communities in Spartanburg and Greenville counties. Two neighbors with the same mailing city can be in different districts.
The Woodruff Times published an explainer on South Carolina House District 35 on October 12, 2026. Here is our summary.
District 35 sends one representative to the S.C. House in Columbia. It includes Woodruff, Reidville and the surrounding area, communities near Abner Creek and Willow Creek, and on the Greenville County side reaches into Pelham Falls and parts of Five Forks, including neighborhoods around Woodruff Road.
The district's lines don't follow city limits, ZIP codes or neighborhoods, so two people with the same mailing city can have different representatives. The surest way to know yours is to look up your exact home address with the "Find Your Legislators" tool on the South Carolina Legislature's website. The state House district is separate from State Senate District 35 and from congressional districts; each is a different office.
South Carolina's general election is Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
