Dr. Mukesh Gandhi Joins Prisma Health; Sees Patients in Duncan Until a Woodruff Office Opens
After 36 years caring for Woodruff patients, Dr. Mukesh M. Gandhi has joined Prisma Health. Since Aug. 31 he sees patients at Prisma Health Primary Care - Squires Point in Duncan; a permanent Woodruff office is anticipated in 2027.
The Woodruff Times reported on August 17, 2026 that Dr. Mukesh M. Gandhi, who has served patients in the Woodruff community for 36 years, is joining Prisma Health.
Where to find him: Beginning Monday, August 31, 2026, Dr. Gandhi sees patients as part of Prisma Health Primary Care - Squires Point, at a temporary office at 500 Squires Pt, Ste. A, Duncan, SC 29334.
Back in Woodruff: A permanent Woodruff office is anticipated in 2027.
For current patients: According to his practice, patients who already see a specialist outside the Prisma Health network do not have to change specialists. Joining Prisma also gives patients access to the system's wider network if they choose. Patients were told they would receive details on appointments and scheduling.
