Music, Community and Summer Nights Return to McKinney Park

The City of Woodruff's McKinney Park Soundstage Concert Series returned for five free Friday-night shows, 7 to 9 p.m., from May 29 through June 26. The lineup was The Vinyl Junkies (May 29), Soultown Revue (June 5), Randomonium (June 12), The Tams (June 19) and Steel Toe Stiletto (June 26).

The series has become one of the town's signature summer events, bringing families downtown with lawn chairs and business to nearby restaurants. The city thanked sponsors Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services and State Farm agent Mike Livesay.
