Woodruff Restaurants Earn A Grades; Two Businesses Improve Following B Ratings
August 2026 state food inspections: Jersey Mike's, Papa John's and The Wine Gallery earned A grades, and two spots moved from B to A on follow-up.
The Woodruff Times rounded up August 2026 retail food inspections in Woodruff. Jersey Mike's Subs (916 N. Main St.) and Papa John's Pizza (900 E. Main St.) each earned an A on Aug. 24. The Wine Gallery (220 S. Main St.) earned an A on Aug. 6 and again on a follow-up visit on Aug. 13.
Two businesses got a B and then improved to an A on follow-up. McDonald's on N. Main St. got a B on Aug. 6 and an A on Aug. 13. Nixta Market (807 N. Main St.) got a B on Aug. 21 and an A on Aug. 31. Under South Carolina's system, A is 88–100 points, B is 78–87 and C is 77 or fewer. Full reports are in the state's official food grades database, and grades can change with later inspections.
