This is a primary care (family medicine) practice of Medical Group of the Carolinas, part of Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System. It moved into a new building at 101 Navarro Drive, which opened with a ribbon cutting in late September 2026.
The Woodruff Times reported that the building has 30 exam rooms, an on-site lab and digital X-ray, and that it is a primary care office, not a walk-in urgent care. The practice's own page says new patients can schedule online.
